SHIPPING & RETURNS

·     Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery.
·     You pay for your order
·     You will receive an order confirmation email
·     Processing Period occurs Monday thru Friday- The processing period is 2-4 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed the next business day which is Monday.)
·     After processing your order, your shipping label will be created.
·     USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days for shipping and it is (6-10) business days for international shipping)


·     You will receive your Order Confirmation email. Then you will receive your tracking number.


Shipping- occurs after the processing period has finished.

·     USPS approximately 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
·     International 6-10 business days via Priority mail.
·     Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.


Refunds/Returns
·     There are no refunds or returns. All SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns are only accepted- If product is unworn, unopened, or if it’s the wrong item.
Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by a buyer.

Lost or stolen packages
Label Me Diva is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen items.

All packages come with a tracking number. You will receive updates from USPS when your package is in their possession. And you will be able to track it until it gets to you.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
